Roseville, CA – HeliosAltas Corp. and CHAUP Inc. (CHAUP) have agreed to a stock merger, with HeliosAltas arising as the surviving entity.
CHAUP brings its exciting, low-impact renewable hydroelectric technology to the company. This innovative technology was inspired by the long proven energy generator, the waterwheel.
