HeliosAltas Corp and DA Green Power Consultants (DAGPC) have been working in tandem for the last two months to review the potential of the Philippine market. Based on the findings, we have come to a mutual agreement to move forward with a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to develop the market in the Philippines for the Helios PowerBall™ and PowerWheel™ technologies.
